Most of us at some point in our lives have experienced worry, frustration, confusion, sleeplessness, and fear, which stifle decision making and make even simple goals hard to achieve. These are the components of the chaotic mind. In today’s world this state of mind is becoming all too common, almost being regarded as the norm.

The chaotic mind can never produce true happiness and success in what we try to achieve. In this state, the mind can be compared to a balloon, taken by the wind in just about any direction apart from the one we would prefer it to take us, i.e., towards our goals!

We are faced with an enormous number of distractions throughout the day, and our dependence upon good outcomes leads to more turmoil in the mind should things not go right for us. This can develop into a downward spiral if we are not careful. The mind and emotions are closely interconnected, and any disturbance of either will cause balance, harmony, and effectiveness to be lost. A major key here is attachment to outcomes.

For example, when one attains a desired situation, such as a new partner, a job promotion, or a new car, one can bond to it very tightly, and slowly that old enemy fear of loss can creep in. So often, possessions and relationships are uncontrollable, and the moment that one is separated from them, pain is the result, and this in turn upsets the mind further. This kind of scenario, based around attachment to outcomes, leads to mood fluctuations and in worse cases, depression.

The main reason such mood fluctuations arise is that one is closely attached with the outside situation.

However, in exercising detachment, the mind can be maintained in a relaxed state, leading to powerful responses in any given external situation, with calm emotion.

Over time, mental balance is cultivated, in which happiness and positivity dominate daily life, as opposed to the up and down mood swings of a chaotic mind. This is the powerful gift derived from effective meditation – Powerful states of mind, hitherto unknown, can be attained and experienced, and life can be free from worry and anxiety.

People who can remote view can psychically see places or events at a distance without the need to actually be there. They have used those who can remote view for various secret projects including trying to find out what potential enemies around the world are up to.

Nobody really knows how remote viewing works, only that it does. Some say that the remote viewer is able to tap into frequencies of the universal mind which connects us all. A number of years ago, at age 27, I went through a period of loss in my life. I had a friend called Viki who I hadn’t seen for six months as she was spending a year living and working in Madrid. In my dream I found bakers shop and instinctively knew that this was where Viki lived. The man at the counter was called Juan and gestured me to a strange spiral staircase leading to the next floor. I found myself in Viki’s apartment and I was looking out from her balcony at a violent thunderstorm. Viki told me that she had bought a return ticket to the UK but knew she would not return to Madrid again. She also told me how much the ticket cost.

The following day I phoned Viki and told her what had happened. There was a moment’s silence on the phone followed by Viki’s shocked sounding voice telling me that I had got everything right. I had described her home perfectly and Juan the baker did in fact exist. Madrid had its most violent thunderstorm on that night and the information I had about Viki’s plane ticket was correct.

To understand how this remote viewing actually works we’ll need to get an understanding of our science knowledge.  The whole world revolves around the concept of frequencies and their forces.  So, the human brain is also tuned in such a way that it is able to read or perceive these frequencies and act accordingly.  Every frequency that it detects it learns or tunes the human body to carry out a particular activity.  For example if it detects the beta frequency it realizes that it has to carry out the normal functions.  Similarly on detecting the alpha frequency it goes into meditation.

There are many reasons why a computer begins to slow down with use; we will look at three of these now.

Ahhgh!! Faster!!!!!

The first reason for a slow PC is the registry. This is basically responsible for holding the entire computer system, hardware and the software preferences. With lots of use the registry becomes cluttered with redundant data. Registry cleaning will not only free up the space but would also solve some of your computer system’s errors that can give you computer problems in the near future. To clean the registry, you can find several different brands of cleaners on the market today. You just have to guarantee that what you choose is updated and reliable. Care must be taken with some of them too; check online reviews if you are going to buy one of these. Cleaning your computer’s registry will do miracles on your computer’s performance and speed. For cleaning my PC and keeping the registry in order, I use ccleaner

Spyware and viruses can be another reason for a slow XP PC. In surfing the web, you inevitably pick up these little nasties. Most spyware is there to run programs to upload details of your surfing preferences to marketing companies. Unlike viruses, they are relatively harmless; the pain is that they take up your processor power and memory capacity in doing their nasty little deeds. For antivirus I run Kaspersky internet security. Through talking to many computer geeks I have learned that this is one of the best available.
For spyware, as aresult of my geek friends advice, I use both Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Lavasoft Adaware does a paid version and a free version. Spybot is free.

Thirdly, slow performance can be due to a lack of memory or RAM. The ram is where data is temporarily stored by programs at work on your computer. If these programs can’t find enough space in the RAM, the data then gets written to the hard drive which takes more time, in turn slowing down your PC.
Adequate RAM is also important especially if you are running multiple programs at a time. A computer with a Windows XP operating system can usually run with a 512 MB of memory, but if your computer is equipped with many programs and applications, it needs twice as much as RAM in order to perform faster.

There are still many other factors that could slow PC XP however the above mentioned factors are the most common. These three, corrupt registry, viruses and inadequate memory are the factors that you should be careful about in order not lose your computer’s speed.

There are various bits of software which promise to enable you to download youtube videos but I didn’t have a great deal of success with these. I discovered a very simple way to do it:

I thought to myself that the youtube file has buffered onto my PC somewhere. I found that it goes here:    C:\Documents and Settings\’User’\Local Settings\Temp   In this temporary folder you will find a file that looks a bit like this:  fla1E.tmp You need to copy this file to another location, but the problem is the system won’t let you do it – the file is locked. Never fear, Potter’s ‘ere with the solution. Go here and download this amazing free software which will ‘unlock’ the desired file. http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

Once you have the .tmp file saved, rename it to ‘my video name’.flv

The final thing you need is software to play flv files. You can get that here and it’s free:
