The little one is less than four weeks old and as I sit there supping my evening tea in my caravan I marvel at the new life and love which is radiated from those eyes. Those eyes convey what is important and that which is most obscured within the fire of human ego which is running rampant in this penultimate year prior to 2012. I feel it’s important to say here that before pointing the finger at the ego ‘out there’, we should all be looking at the manifestation of that ego within ourselves. Eckhart Tolle states this poetically in his teachings when he says the world at large is displaying a stepping up of intensity of the human egoic condition, of which we are all a part. The entire world in its present condition is dysfunctional as is evident on the TV news every night. Rather than point the finger and say that this or that person, party or race is to blame, we need to take time in silence and look at how the storms of human mind conditioning are giving rise to dysfunctionality within ourselves. This is not easy to do as the mind is continually telling us that the problem is ‘out there’.

Much talk refers to ‘the shift’ which is happening at present, and as those involved with crop circles know, this is evident most intensely among those who have opened themselves to sincere questioning of perceived reality. From my point of view this shift is taking us from a position of being identified with what is external, to a realization of what is real within. When this happens it can unlock all manner of initially uncomfortable feelings and emotions. As this happens the requirement is to sit with those things which come up, and face them as a gladiator would do with the lions. There is much within each and every one of us which would frighten the lives out of us if allowed. If faced head on with equanimity, love and the understanding that they are just part of the human condition, they quickly diminish into easily surmountable challenges.

The outlook is good. The Spirit within is rising, and despite outward cataclysmic appearances if you watch the news, the plan is unfolding as it should. The plan’s mission is to erradicate unconsciousnes, and there is certainly a lot of that around, within ourselves and out there! Let go, Love, Surrender and all will be pleasingly well for the soul.

As a conclusion I would like to quote krishnamurti. He asked : “Do you want to know what my secret is?”

There was a silence. Then he said in a soft, almost shy voice, “You see, I don’t mind what happens.”

My favorite walk is from Woodborough church, along the pathway to the kennet and Avon canal and up to Woodborough Hill. This location is truly enchanted having played host to many mysterious crop circles and light phenomena over the years. There are also numerous folklore tales of apparitions and strange occurrences in the vincinity of Woodborough Hill. The nocturnal sounds of a ghostly hunt have been reported, as have sightings of a very large black cat compared to a cougar. The energy emanated by the landscape is powerfully tangible, especially at this time of year when life is bursting forth. I just love to sit on top of the hill and watch the sun go down. As dusk comes in the energy seems to become that much more alive and vibrant. I have had my own personal experiences on the hill which generally I keep to myself,  usually only revealing them with likeminded others who have encountered similar. This, I feel is the only way now; if someone wants to find out the truth about the energy of this land, the crop circles and associated phenomena, then they have to venture out and discover it for themselves. The truth is discovered in one’s personal silence by going within. It is then that the “Aha!” moments begin and a trail of discovery involving some strange synchronicities begins to unfold. Meditation is the key to the discovery of truth in crop circle country. The answers which come and the magic experienced cannot be aquired from reading a book or listening to the experience of another individual one. It is as if the universe expects us to ask the questions and then get off our butts to intuitively walk the labyrinth of inspired discovery for ourselves. It is only when it is your experience will you know.

Yesterday morning I was driving to the nearby village of All Cannings when I passed a buzzard sat on the top of a hedge. I had my camera with me so I decided to turn around and go back to where he was, not really expecting him to remain long enough for me to get a shot. To my amazement, as I wound the passenger side window down, the buzzard just perched there and held my gaze for a few moments. In these moments I was looking straight into his eyes, soul to soul in oneness. As I raised my camera he decided to turn and fly off, but I managed to get this shot.
